Don’t let psychological fatigue turn into physiological fatigue. Most fatigue is psychological and we let it drain us physically. Movement creates momentum, you have to get moving, get in motion and the emotion will follow. Actions change attitudes. Fatigue is psychological. @SuccessHotline
Energy Takers vs. Energy Givers
Every player brings something to the team.
The real question:
Are you giving energy, or taking it away?
Here’s what it looks like:
Energy Takers:
❌ Complaining
❌ Poor body language
❌ Walking through drills
❌ Making excuses
❌ Blaming teammates
❌ Drama
❌ Low effort
❌ Negative attitude
Energy Givers:
⚡️Encouraging teammates
⚡️Positive body language
⚡️Sprinting to drills
⚡️Owning mistakes
⚡️Clear, loud communication
⚡️Maximum effort
⚡️Solving problems
⚡️Bringing positive energy
You don’t have to be the best player to change a team.
You don’t have to score the most points, make the biggest plays, or be the loudest voice.
But you do have to bring the right energy, every single day.
Energy is contagious.
Positive or negative.
Be the teammate who lifts others.
Be the player who makes everyone better.
Be the spark your team needs.
Because great teams aren’t built on talent alone.
They’re built on ENERGY. ⚡️
Eccentric overload ➡️ increased braking demands ➡️ faster change of direction
The ability to precisely control concentric loads of 3-5kg and eccentric loads of 6-10kg (100% overload) helps develop force absorption, movement efficiency, and re-acceleration out of cuts
Not just working on cuts but developing the qualities that make them better

Quality warmups are a cheat code. From a review of 11 studies on 6,344 soccer players: a basic 20-minute warm-up (FIFA 11) reduced injuries by 30%. The results can be even more pronounced with an individualized approach. This isn't complex - but it does need to be consistent.
An internship at CSP will present you with the opportunity to experience hands-on, individualized coaching with as many as 150 athletes per day.
Coaches work closely with our internship participants to develop coaching, assessment and program-design skill sets.
