The difference is when there was guards the plarform would always tell them because they knew they would always be on the platform at the stop. Now, looking for an OBS that may not be on will cause delays, so now they don't bother. https://t.co/o23r5EfeaD

Not quite. Guards are only a fraction of their member base. Unlike ASLEF, who just have Drivers, the RMT have members who are guards, ticket office, plarform/dispatch staff, cleaners and so on. https://t.co/4kZZtOqx91
