The best choice is always reusable foodware, but which is the better choice when it comes to single-use: fiber or bioplastic? Bioplastic foodware doesn't break down in industrial composting facilities, so fiber foodware is the way to go - it can be much more reliably composted!
Want to learn more about how compost relates to climate change? Or what actually can be composted? And about this new law SB 1383? Learn more from our very own Julia Au on the latest @keepingcoolpod#composting

@annajanejoyner Ride a bike instead of driving a few miles. You get 15min of exercise (even by e-bike) and make your neighborhood a 1000% nicer place to ride a bike. If the car traffic makes this scary, take notes on how easy it would be to remove a lane of cars & call your electeds about it.
Check out the newest episode of the Keeping it Cool podcast highlighting bikes as a cleaner, greener way to get around compared to motor vehicles, rider safety and how to get more people on bikes🚲⤵️
