Don't say "Israeli-Palestinian conflict ", as if it's a conflict between two peoples or two country.

First, because there has never been an Arab state called "Palestine", and until 1967, the "Palestinians" identified as Arabs- Egyptians and Jordanians.
Never before 1967 did they speak of a right of self determination as "Palestinians".

Second, it's not a LOCAL CONFLICT. It's a part of an Islamic GLOBAL JIHAD that has started in the 7th century, has already conquered 54 countried and forcefully converted them to Islam, and now is in full speed doing the same in Western countries.

This Islamic Jihad is getting highlighted when it's against Israel, simply because everything about the Jews makes headlines.

Today, there was another Houthi missile attack against Israel.

This time, several civilians were injured.

The Houthis, located nearly 2,000 kilometers from Israel, are firing at Israel without provocation, and they are attacking not only Israel but also international shipping routes.

The Houthi attacks are Iranian attacks — Iran uses them as a proxy to spread terror and undermine the regional and global order.
The Houthis are the arm — the head is Iranian.

While the edit that sparked the controversy was not a technical foul, a fair-minded review showed @60Minutes did @KamalaHarris big favors in the edit room.  It transformed rambling, word salad responses into a crisp, succinct broadcast segment.   

A former CBS colleague remarked that EP Bill Owens (who recently resigned) could have done himself and the network a favor by including at least one of Harris’ rambling responses with a simple line of narration, “If you find that answer confusing, so did we!”

It would have been a signal to the audience that the interview was less than presidential.
