@Hertz The Sterling VA location has a sign saying it's closed and I had an appt to pick up a car today. Local voicemail is full and main phone is a pit of endless "just use the site" messages, but I can't "just use the site" b/c it's related to an insurance claim. Please help.

Just a few months ago it was "ridiculous" to not open schools b/c "the safety of students is not threatened" and "'children are less capable of spreading' the disease"
