@AndrLaflamme5 @habbernack @WBrettWilson I believe this is all on Pierre Elliot Trudeau! He wanted a bilingual Country,had French taught in grade 10 and anything with a label had to be bilingual.The problem was that most of Canada is not bilingual so by learning French in grade 10 you had no one to speak it with.
