I feel that Clinical Supervision once per school term would be an asset to the development of teachers which in turn can increase the achievement of students. Having that occasional interaction and collaboration will in my view help teachers to reflect and improve. #EDTE3404

The University of the Virgin islands School of Ed. offers a variety of programs that will spark the interest of any individual. Coming from a teacher Ed program where you were forced to do either primary or secondary Ed, It was a delight to see so many options.@EstherB3476

The Master of Teaching is a graduate level teacher education programme offered through OISE at the University of Toronto in Canada. It is a 20 months programme that offers teachers three separate opportunities to engage in practicum. Is this a plus or minus teachers? #EDTE3404

As an educator of the arts my teaching style is more of the Demonstrator. This style allows me to be that role model for my students, by demonstrating a technique and then guiding them through the process helps them to develop and apply those skills demonstrated. #3404
