IF ICE has a resonable belief that an illegal they are looking for is on the bus, and the driver refuses to let them on, and ICE finds the illegal on the bus(at that time or the next stop), the driver can be arrested

If you and a friend are stopped(traffic stop) and the cops find drugs in plain view(belong to friend), and friend dooes not claim them..YOU get charged with possession.
