@RoyalCaribbean @CelebrityCruise I am so disgusted with Royal Caribbean Cruise lines. They lost my moms luggage on the ship and are only reimbursing her $300.00. There was thousands of dollars worth of shoes, make up and clothes. Poor service from a billion dollar company.

@RoyalCaribbean 300.00 doesn’t even begin to replace what you guys have lost. My mom has gone on over 10 celebrity cruises and just booked another one in Australia. However, she does not want to cruise with you guys again. Why should she have to spend so much money for your mistake?
