An underage girl from Mesa, Ariz. who went missing in May has finally been found by U.S. Marshals at a homeless encampment called "The Jungle" in Olympia, Wash. The child may be a sex trafficking victim.

Leftists in Washington state defend the encampment, viewing it as an autonomous zone. In 2023, a dead woman was found there.

The 15th Court of Appeals denied our motion for rehearing on temporary relief, meaning DSHS’s total THC rules remain in effect while our lawsuit continues.

This is not a final decision on the case, only on temporary relief during litigation.

🚨Texas Hemp Injunction Update! ‼️

A motion has been filed to reinstate the injunction that was lifted by the court!

This motion was made on the basis that DSHS hasn’t been enforcing their new rules regarding total THC percentage as well as the increased license fees, even though the injunction was lifted for that exact reason!

This motion doesn’t change anything yet, with the hope being that we can secure a rehearing to reinstate this injunction! 🤘🤘
