@jetblue ignoring the folks you left stranded in Florida are you? Beware travelers. Avoid booking JetBlue if possible. Delta was helpful n got me n 3 kids home n were very understanding. JetBlue refused to help us! they knew they could fill my 4 seats w higher paying paying folks
