@BootsUK I placed an order last Thursday which said it would be delivered on 15th April. I have tried to speak to customer services but have been cut off twice. I have spoken to the store and they do not have my order. Are you able to help please?

@BarclaysUKHelp I have just spent 10 minutes trying to get through to the right department to be told that the mandate team is closed and I have to call another number. I couldn’t get the number as the automated message said it far to quickly for me to write it down!

@BarclaysUKHelp This is the number I was calling. We have a charity / business account that apparently isn’t the right account for our charity so we need to change it. We also need to amend the signatories so I was calling to ask for the relevant forms to be posted / emailed.
