@jodediah Yeees. When I'm doing this kind of thing it's a constant struggle between using the official, confusing terms; and inventing my own, more colorful, but possibly misleading terms

@mcclure111 I think we mean the same thing? I mean when you click an attribute, it unescapes that attribute; when you click anything else, escape the attribute

@mcclure111 This is convoluted, but in a scriptable editor, you could read the cursor position, and run an escape/unescape command when your cursor enters/exits the attribute scope. (Or just read the scope directly? Idk)
