@karcheruk Thanks for the help. I have lubricated all parts with a high performance silicone lubricant, but it appears the “o-ring seal set” (2.640-729.0) is being left behind in the lance head. To use the machine I then have to pick out the o-ring and yellow bayonet connection. Ideas pls!

@karcheruk I have a K4 Full Control but struggle enormously when changing the lance - I use a Kärcher foam bottle & the normal lance but frequently it’s almost impossible to swap - any hints?
