@BecElliott my 5yo daughter really likes your Owl Diaries series. She noticed an error on Pg 13 of Eva’s Big Sleepover. “Carlos’s magic trick” should be “Carlos’ magic trick” correct? She says no additional s is needed with a possessive apostrophe if a word ends in s. Do u agree?

@elonmusk My sister @Cheri_Mah & bro-in-law ordered Model Y in Aug ‘21 sans issue. Customer service ignored multiple emails since then. Called yesterday to confirm delivery window 12/28-12/31 (as listed on website). @Tesla error now delays delivery to March. Can u help/remediate?
