While I'm still recovering, I'm trying to get used to Godot. I think I can rewrite all my Unity scripts pretty easily. I've had enough of Unity. Godot seems to be the best alternative. Does anyone know of any good docs/tutorials beside the official docs? #godot

@WATCHHOLLIE The advice can be strange because the 'red zone' is defined by the type of meter. Go to OBS Settings > Audio > Meters and set the Peak Meter Type to "True Peak". You'll then see that the "red zone" gets smaller. That's why -5dB is the correct value and NOT red.👍
