@emilyabrown2025 This is extremely misleading. We were downgraded in June 2022, largely due to COVID spending. The article just reaffirms our AA+ rating.

@klequemethod @d_demelis @danielfoch Because it is a 3.8% increase over last year's already high inflation numbers. We are seeing disinflation (the slowing of inflation) but that doesn't mean prices come down - they just increase at a slower rate.

This will greatly reduce the volume of water that is needed to be removed. The water can then be treated on site to meet required release guidelines or be hauled away.
@JohnPasalis You need to also see the quitting rate to give this proper context. Low retention numbers in government right now due to the jump in private sector wage growth. Also, many of these "hires" are short term contracts. Some are as short as 90 days.
