Indian law does not prohibit citizens from peacefully and publicly expressing reasoned, legal, or cultural disagreements with the orders issued by government, election commision officials, nor from engaging in open discussion about their constitutionality. On the contrary, under the constitutional guarantee of freedom of expression and the core values of democracy, every Indian citizen has the right to openly articulate agreement or dissent regarding the actions of public authorities. My Facebook profile and page have been blocked in India since 22 March 2026 after I exposed disruptions caused by the unconstitutional Order No. DCPKD/3269/2026-E5, dated 15 March 2026, issued by District Collector Palakkad, Madhavikutty M.S., IAS. I will pursue all available legal remedies to challenge the takedown of my social media accounts. #FreedomOfExpression
District administrations acting on behalf of Election Commision of India must refrain from causing unnecessary disruptions to the day-to-day lives of general public. The unconstitutional Order No. DCPKD/3269/2026-E5, dated 15 March 2026 issued by the Palakkad District Collector Madhavikutty M.S., IAS, must be amended.
After the elections to Kerala State Assembly was announced, the District Collector issued an order taking over all PWD rest house rooms in Palakkad district. The order states that, as per Election Commission guidelines, these facilities have been taken over to prevent political parties and candidates from using government rest houses, guest houses, and bungalows for election campaigning. As a result, PWD rest house rooms that had been booked in advance by private individuals for various purposes, after paying the full amount, are now being taken over by the Collector, while the amounts paid are not being refunded. There is currently no situation that justifies issuing such blanket orders by disrupting the lives of ordinary people. It is unreasonable and unconstitutional.
The state government has made available a certain number of PWD rest house rooms across the state for public use at low cost with good facilities, along with online reservation and payment systems, which is a beneficial initiative for ordinary citizens. The Election Commission and district administrations cannot be allowed to obstruct such public services without valid reasons. It appears that, instead of implementing the necessary and meaningful election controls, officials are attempting to create an impression of action by disrupting the daily lives of people. #freedomofexpression

Clear evidence of EVM replacement in Orissa 2024
“Form 17C of Booth No. 57 of Phulbani shows 682 votes were cast, but its Form 20 registers not a single vote as counted. This implies that not even one person voted at Phulbani’s Booth No. 57”

IPS officer Anjana Krishna from Solapur Rural Police went to take action against illegal sand mining after villagers complained about illegal sand mining.
A local NCP member at the spot called up Ajit Pawar and made the officer to speak to him. Another villager recorded the call which is now viral in which Deputy CM @AjitPawarSpeaks is heard threatening the officer. "I am giving directions to stop the action. You tell the tehsildar that the dy CM himself said so."
She was not sure about the veracity of the audio call and she asked whether it was Ajit Pawar himself speaking.
Ajit Pawar then switched to a video call to prove his identity and lashed out at her, saying, “I will take action against you. Do you have so much daring?” He insisted that she immediately halt the crackdown and follow his directive.
What more evidence one need to take action against Ajit Pawar, @Dev_Fadnavis? Will @IPS_Association raise their voice?
