@ScotRail so we where told on 27th of Aug to use public transport due to cancellations of trains and to keep our bus receipts yet have just got email to say only train tickets will be refunded this was not what we where told at train station unacceptable!!!

@flannelsfashion not happy with the customer service recieved at your Glasgow Fort store went in store to purchase a voucher and there was problem with till was told enter my card again resulting two debits and then told oh it will take 5 days to go bacl in very poor service!!!
