In the end, I believe there is nothing we must do to be loved.
Those who truly love us see beyond what we are. They find goodness in our flaws and tenderness in the places we have learned to hide. And those who do not love us will never be satisfied by all the ways we try to change.
So let your imperfections remain. They're not things to be ashamed in the end.
You don't need to be most talented person or smartest person to win. Be someone who shows up, treats people well and follows through. Do this every day. You won't realise how easy growth becomes. Overthinking is outcome of stagnation. Action beats anxiety. Action builds success.
Human nature has a strange relationship with truth. People only want truth when it benefits them, injures the people they hate, preserves their ego or confirm their opinions. The moment something forces self-evaluation or contradicts their opinion, it is seen as an attack and messenger of the truth to be the attacker. If you want people to hate you, give them the truth.
You do not have to become successful enough to prove everyone wrong. Building your life around revenge still leaves someone else at the center of it. Build because you want freedom. Learn because you are curious. Grow because you respect your potential. The best transformation is the one that eventually makes their opinion irrelevant.
Tip Of The Day:
A stupid enemy is a gift. He's doing your PR for free... showing everyone exactly who he is while you say nothing at all.
A fool with a grudge will waste a whole season plotting your downfall. The fool's gang exposes itself too. Play dumb for smart reasons.
Brother, when you finally start making good money, don't rush to prove that you're no longer broke.
You don't need the expensive car immediately, you don't need designer clothes, you shouldn't be other peoples emergency fund.
Build your savings first. Give yourself breathing room. The goal is not to look rich. The goal is to stop being financially fragile.
One of the hardest things to accept is that you can do everything right and still lose someone. You can communicate honestly, love deeply, apologize sincerely, and try your hardest. Relationships are not mathematical equations where good effort guarantees a good outcome. Sometimes people leave despite your best efforts, and your job is to keep living afterward.
I wish I could open my mouth and let everything spill out at once, every awful detail, every quiet moment that rewired me, every thing that hurt so badly it changed the way I look at people and and myself, because maybe then it would make sense why I am the way I am, why I'm careful and loud at the same time, why I want closeness but don't know how to get it. I imagine that if people really knew, if they could see the full weight of every moment in my life instead of the edited version, they would soften, they would stay, they would choose me not out of obligation but because they finally understood that I'm distant or strange or too much for no reason.
All I want is to be cared for in that simple human way where someone sees the cracks and doesn't flinch, where friendship feels earned through honesty instead of small talk and pretending. I know this because I know myself, because if someone came to me and laid out their whole life like a confession, all the trauma and shame and survival, I wouldn't run, I would listen, I would feel closer to them instantly, like trust could grow from truth instead of time. But I don't get to do that, because the world doesn't work that way, because people don't want the heavy parts up front, because vulnerability is treated like something you have to deserve rather than something that deserves care. So I carry it all quietly and hope someone notices the weight without me naming it, hope someone stays without needing proof, and the loneliness of that hope is its own kind of hurt, this feeling that I am ready to love and understand in ways no one is asking for, that I am built to meet people where they are, but no one is built to meet me where I am.
I am at a point in life where I am okay with people missing out on me. The door is open, you can leave at any time. I no longer have it in me to over-explain my worth, nor do I have the energy to beg anyone to stay. I have come to realise that the people who are meant for me, the ones who are right for me, will choose to stay. And in that realisation, I have found peace. If someone chooses to treat me as though I am nothing, I will not make space for them in my life. My time and focus are sacred, and I would rather invest them in cherishing and nurturing the relationships that warm my heart and fill my soul with joy. I do not need many people in my life. I am willing to let go of anyone who disrupts the inner calm i have suffered deeply to find.
Highly intelligent people are deep observers. They figure you out immediately, but act like they see nothing. They give you the space to talk, overstep, and show your real hand. By the time they respond, they have already calculated exactly who you are. Discernment is their best friend.
In corporate: gratitude will never preserve an alliance. Gratitude eventually fades, needs change, new incentives come up, altered conditions, in some cases people resent the person who helped if it reminds them of their weakness. Build alliances based on current incentives, mutual collaborations, shared risk, or best of all collateral damage.
I'm slowly learning that even it I react, it won't change anything, it won't make people suddenly love and respect me, it won't magically change their minds. Sometimes I t's better to just let things be, let people go, don't fight for closure, don't ask for explanations, don't chase answers and don't expect people to understand where you're coming from. I'm slowly learning that life is better lived when you don't center it on what's happening around you and center it on what's happening inside you instead.
Work on yourself and your inner peace
Life takes different meaning when you look at it with lense of gratitude instead of entitlement. You get tired at work because you have a job. You cook everyday because you have food to eat. Life owes you nothing. Look at little things as blessings. Your life is someone's dream.
It's actually quite simple to unlearn the version of yourself that is often angry, anxious, and envious; you just need to move to an environment where such people are very rare, and where you will instead be surrounded by people who also have the intelligence to focus on themselves, their family, their passions, their long-term goals; these people have no mental space for any mental turmoil, and they will also lead to the best friendships you will ever build.
You eventually reach a point where an explanation matters less than the pattern. One bad day can be forgiven. One mistake can be understood. But repeated behavior tells a deeper story. Stop allowing beautiful explanations to repeatedly override ugly patterns. People reveal themselves not only through what they promise, but through what they consistently do.
You will outgrow the need to explain every decision when you realize that people do not need to understand your life to respect it. Your choices belong to you. Your priorities belong to you. Your boundaries belong to you. You can listen to advice without surrendering your authority over your own existence.
Sometimes you become frustrated because you keep expecting today's effort to produce tomorrow's transformation. Real progress is usually invisible before it becomes obvious. The workout, the book, the saved money, the difficult conversation, the disciplined morning all seem small individually. Keep going. A different life is often built from ordinary actions repeated long enough.
The quality of your life is hidden in the things you do between obligations. Not the meetings. Not the workouts. Not the scheduled events. The in-between moments. What do you do with no time, That reveals everything.
Making money can feel exciting because you can see the number go up.
Keeping it is quieter. It takes discipline when nobody's watching, especially when you could easily spend it just because you can.
I've learned that having money and keeping money are two different habits.
One gets attention. The other quietly builds freedom over time
