Elizabeth Warren is one of the worst politicians in American history. She is anti-American, a dishonest liar, and a proven scammer. Please like and retweet if you think Trump should instruct the DOJ to prosecute her for her crimes.
@levie Or, you keep the same cap, but you sort the candidates by their comps, instead of this stupid lottery system that someone getting 300k comp is having the same chance as someone getting 60k comp. In fact, the 60k is more likely to submit multiple applications to game the system.

After receiving over 100K emails from Crypto Advocates, the Senate has decided NOT to move forward with Caroline Crenshaw's nomination.
Another reminder that your voices matter and that the future is ours.

The death of Bitcoin gaslighting in the mainstream media
Using litmaps, we can see that the origin of all junk science on Bitcoin's environmental impact was a single commentary (not even a full length paper) by Alex de Vries
The method he used to claim that Bitcoin's environmental damage was a growing concern was his fundamentally flawed "energy use per transactions" method (Bitcoin energy use does not come from its transactions, therefore it can scale transaction volume exponentially without increasing emissions).
de Vries' metric has now been debunked in 4 academic journals

*Dittmar et al. 2019

The entirety of de Vries' work was systematically debunked by Sai and Vranken in late 2023

That's why 96% of mainstream media outlets (everyone except laggards @Verge and @Wired) are no longer gaslighting Bitcoin's environmental impact. In many cases, they've even started covering Bitcoin's environmental benefits

There is much re-education work to do though.
Much of the population was misinformed over many years, and as a result many investment committees, regulators and policymakers still do not know that 13 of the last 15 papers support the environmental benefits of Bitcoin.

Once they do, we will see mainstream adoption of Bitcoin, and mainstream adoption of Bitcoin mining as part of climate action (aka: what the peer reviewed research tells us it is)

I have different celebrations and rewards, and I can tell you, should #Bitcoin hit $500,000 this cycle, I'll be taking my parents on this kind of 21 day trip by the Four Seasons or Aman. You have to reward the people that believed in you, before they had the evidence to.
Whats your celebration and reward for those that believed in you?

When I figured out that Bitcoin was an economic singularity, and I started talking about it everywhere, I somehow thought people would take notice and it would snowball.
I can't believe how delusional I was. Not even @saylor talking about it and buying 42 billion of it is enough to make everyone notice.
"I started with a $250 million investment, and I've just about hit $25 billion."
Mic drop at my book launch by Michael @Saylor. Grateful to Michael for his writing the foreword to The Little Book of Bitcoin. And yes, I did increase my #Bitcoin allocation % recommendation. 😉
