Deeply encouraged by the overwhelming support today while campaigning for PDA consensus @BJP4Nagaland candidate, Shri @DaochierImchen, for the 28 Koridang Assembly Constituency By-Election at Mangmetong Village and Yimyu Ward. Also had the opportunity to visit Khensa Village.
As we look toward the future of the constituency, we also remember the legacy of Shri Imkong L. Imchen. He was a veteran leader whose life was dedicated to the service of the people of Nagaland. Shri Daochier carries forward this tradition of public service. His candidacy is built on a foundation of integrity and a genuine desire to continue the work Shri Imkong L. Imchen started, focusing on grassroots development and the aspirations of the youth.
If elected, Shri Daochier will be part of the ruling government, with the opportunity to take on responsibility and contribute directly to decision-making. This will bring stronger representation and greater access to development opportunities for Koridang. His presence will be an asset to the constituency.
With the support of the PDA Government in the State under the leadership of Hon'ble Chief Minister Dr. @Neiphiu_Rio and the @BJP4India-led NDA Government under the leadership of Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi Ji at the Centre, there is a strong pathway for progress and inclusive growth for our people.
I urge the people of 28 Koridang to honour the memory of a great leader by supporting a successor who understands the needs of Koridang and is ready to serve.

Glad to share my thoughts at the 12th WSBAK Children's Festival being held at Niuland Town from Sept. 30th-Oct. 2nd, 2025; organized by the Niuland Area Church Leaders' Fellowship. With over 6900 registered participants and an overall attendance of 10,000 plus, this is a sign of God's unfailing love upon our children. In this day and age where children are the most vulnerable fuelled by various factors and increasing uncertainties including rapid technological advancement, events such as this help us to stay rooted and find meaning, strength and comfort in Christ. It is also pertinent on the part of parents to reaffirm our God-given role. Be friends with your children but above all, be their mentors and guides. Our children are our greatest assets. Let us invest in them so that they turn out to be responsible citizens contributing towards society's growth. I wish the Children's Festival a grand success. God bless.

Attended the Semi Final 2 clash of the 24th Dr. T. Ao Trophy today between Niuland and Kohima. A spirited contest, rich with talent, grit and sportsmanship.
It was heartening to see our young athletes giving their all on the field, playing not just for victory, but for pride, unity, and the love of the game.
Niuland's composure under pressure made the difference tonight, booking them a well-earned spot in the finals. Congratulations.
Kohima, on the other hand, gave everything they had and pushed the contest to its limits — a performance that will be remembered for its intensity.
This tournament continues to reflect the strength of football across our districts and the promising future of sports in Nagaland.
I was accompanied by Advisor Er. Kropol Vitsu, Advisor Shri A. Pangjung Jamir, MLA Dr. Tseilhoutuo Rhutso, and MLA Shri B. Bangtick Phom.
