@Ryanair After waiting in line at the Ryanair desk at the airport they got booked onto the same flight but have had to go again today because that flight has been cancelled. Why? They are now on standby for 29th but all hotels in Tenerife will shut on 24th. Where will they stay?

@Ryanair Parents are stuck in Tenerife. They have been ‘unchecked’ for their return flight on Saturday 21st but the only option they have to rebook is the same flight on Sat 21st! They have been trying to call customer services and after 1hr 20mins on the phone they got cut off!!
