@LucyRydel @TicketmasterCS Iam having the same issue after purchasing the wrong ticket type. Requested a refund within the hour to be told no now. And they want to take payment on 1st of October yet stated nothing to pay until November. But denying a refund now and excepting me to forefit -£50
