@Airtel_Presence Opted for 2-SIM family combo plan 4 esim. Upgraded one number to eSIM, but stuck with the 2nd, despite multiple attempt, requests keep getting cancelled with no clear reason. Even tried at showroom, no luck. Is this even possible or should I switch networks?

@Airtel_Presence the help section in the airtel thanks app really solves the problem before closing the ticket or just closes it when the date is over? Just better to know before knocking the door and waiting till the date. Cuz my problem isn't solved.
