This is actually the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. After 2 people on the phone, they still can’t get it back to my original price and tell me it’s my fault for following the app’s prompting, even though no disclaimer that doing so would add money was ever made.

Today @Avis prompted me to sync my reservation/wizard # in app to get ready. 10 mins. after, I get a notif that I modified my reservation and now owe $100 extra. Reps tell me I modified my res by adding #. Charging customers for adding a loyalty #? Wtf, worst UX ever.
