@Glen__India The only mistake I made was buying a Glen product. When cust serv is this poor, nothing much left to say. Bought a cooktop and still waiting for installation. The ticket has already been assigned, called the showroom, and promised it would be done tdy. Still waiting.

@SwiggyCares raised an issue 3 - 4 days back on expired products rcvd from instamart. Esc team contacted me, said, it will not happen again. And here it is.. Another expired product! They promised 2 check points - 1) from store and 2) by agent.. what's happening! False promises?

@_PVRCinemas Bad experience...Shocked with today’s experience. Booked Wicked for me and my daughter, reached the theatre, and they cancelled the show because we were the only two ticket holders. My daughter was upset, and the handling was disappointing. Customers deserve better.

@HDFC_Bank HDFC sends me a mail saying ‘processing fees waived’ for CC EMI conversion. Call CS— they have no clue. Ask supervisor— same blank. So… why send the mail? Just for fun? 🤔

@Swiggy I ordered at 10:41pm, ETA was 11:26pm. Waited all that time (almost 2 hrs), only for the delivery guy to switch off his phone and eat the food i ordered. Refunds don’t make up for the wasted time or going hungry. What does the customer get in the end? Nothing!

@SBICard_Connect help.! If a refund hits before your credit card due date, RBI rules say you can deduct it from the amount due. But SBI Card says they don't follow that! They still expect full payment. Why should customers suffer for their flawed logic? #CreditCard
