Paws up for @DFOFlorida Ag K9 Emmie! She intercepted conch shells, corals & seashells from the Bahamas. Some shells are restricted under international agreements—always declare! Check @USFWS for import rules before bringing wildlife items home.
@AskDyson Good products, TERRIBLE customer service. Replacement part out of stock 2+ weeks. I was assured I would be notified when it was available. Never got a notification, found it in stock on my own, within minutes of trying to order, out of stock again. WTH?

@UPS@mauicookielady PRO TIP: Don't ever use the UPS "change delivery date" service. You'll be charged $9.99, UPS won't change the delivery date, and you'll end up wasting a ridiculous amount of time with their terrible customer service/billing departments trying to get a refund--which you won't get.

@jpodhoretz Irony not satire. Very similar to Larry Hart’s “Manhattan” which, in the end, really is an isle of joy. Not that the Grammy people have any clue.
@dick_nixon Sir, I took the liberty of presuming you would wish to be informed of the passing of my grandmother, Emma Cave, widow of your Whittier College teammate and friend, Col. Thomas F. Cave, USMC.
@esstheman I was at the Kirk Gibson game, and the WS game when Welch struck out Reggie, but by far the most exhilarating thing I ever saw at Dodger Stadium was Fernando pitching at the start of that 81 season. Never experienced anything like it, before or since.
@jpodhoretz Unrelated question: Is it true, as I have just read, that your dad flagged the first Philip Roth short story published in Commentary, a couple years before it appeared in "Goodbye, Columbus"?
