The Paramount-Warner deal was always going to get rubber stamped by the feds. Will it happen? Probably at some point as there are multiple states suing and global regulators need to chime in. Internationally they'll probably be forced to sell some assets.

Overall, this isn't a good deal. The combined company will be saddled with over $80 billion in debt. It won't be able to produce and market much content with a debt load that large. More than likely large amount of cost cutting and staff reductions.
DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin on Mamdani: "He and I don't get along. It's shameful. And hopefully people in New York will wise up and get a true leader in there in a few years."
Parking should not be free in the New York City. By making it free, the city has been giving away an asset. I think parking should be mix of residential permits and dynamic pricing along high trafficked commercial corridors.

@PhoenixAzulHTX Iโm dating myself but I remember when it was canceled! I think it was something like how expensive it was to make and they wanted the showrunner to work on other stuff. They were supposed to make a series of TV movies but only ended up making one a few years back.
