A NEW @RangemasterUK installed 4 months ago. Immediately sent notification that the range door was rusted. Customer service organised a technician but cancelled a day later. Have received a text message once a month to state *No parts, sorry*. unacceptable! Stay away!

I ordered a utensil set, in late August; I am still waiting. Customer service at @lockdownkitchen is terrible. Tread carefully - I have paid but have received nothing, except for automated emails, with no expectation of every receiving a delivery. #beware #CAUTION
