My Ola S1 (MH09GD2614) stopped working on 11 Oct 2025. After 20–25 days, Ola service center said the battery was damaged and promised a goodwill replacement.
It’s been 9 months;battery still hasn’t arrived. 1/2

Meanwhile, parts from my scooter have started disappearing while it sits abandoned outside the service center.
This is outright negligence and harassment of customers.! 🤬
