@ModaUK_Ltd great product but terrible delivery experience. Lead times 4 weeks longer than promised and not even turning up when agreed. This is the second time it’s happened, first time was 3 years ago. So please don’t blame COVID and fix your processes.

@EE tried calling 150 to be told its a retail problem, must go to store, they can't help. Which is not what your expect from a big brand.
