Legendary playback singer Padma Bhushan Smt. S. Janaki Garu leaves behind an unparalleled musical legacy. Over a career spanning nearly seven decades, she mesmerized generations by rendering more than 48,000 songs across 17+ Indian and international languages. She was honoured with 4 National Film Awards and 12 Nandi Awards, along with numerous other State honours, making her one of India's most celebrated playback singers.

For Telugu audiences, she also lent her soulful voice to "O Daivama" in Pawan Kalyan Garu's debut film, "Akkada Ammayi Ikkada Abbayi", a melody that remains cherished by fans.
