A #Pakistani delegation led by Air Marshal Muhammad Sarfraz, Deputy Chief of the Air Staff, arrived in Mogadishu, where they were received by Gen. Abdirisak Mohamud Haji, Somali Air Force Commander.

During their stay, the delegation will hold meetings with the Somali Air Force Command to discuss closer cooperation between the two air forces and further collaboration in air defense, according to #Somalia’s Ministry of Defence.

In August, Pakistan and Somalia
institutionalised military cooperation spanning counter-terrorism, professional training, and defense capability development.
