Ticket booking failed but amount deducted. Nothing refunded as of now. Pls look into this Ashwini & IRCTC.

And also multiple vendors coming in at every stop in 2 tier AC. Why can't it be treated like 2 tier AC.

I asked for Masala tea from IRCTC staff in train and without informing he gave me this tea which costs INR20. I was assuming it to cost INR5 which is mentioned on IRCTC site according to the rate card. Why can't they communicate ths earlier. 8100549409.@IRCTCofficial

And then he says VEG thali will cost at INR150.why such difference in rates all the time. 5 times the tea cost. He said first 25 rs. Then on asking for bill he said 20 rs. In the ratecard it's mentioned 5 rs without any terms n conditions of this 25 rs wala jhol.

And then while talking to ur customer support team. They say we already did a favour as an exception by giving a replacement.

But in mail it showed as confirmed 6A seat. Considering my obesity I will definitely not be comfortable in the middle Seat.
This was a wrong information given to me. Would request @DGCAIndia to help me get this sorted.

@airvistara I booked the flight over the call with customer support and specifically asked for window seat in premium economy class. While check in I told to Simran at Delhi Airport I already have a seat. Even if she dint listen, she should have asked me stating these are the sea

Ts. She gave me some other seat without even telling me. And in hurry I thot it's 6A which was confirmed on the fone while booking. While at the boarding counter Deepak, directly told me no in a stern voice then on raising the voice a but he checked and told me it was in prfnce

@dominos_india ur Borivali branch sends cold pizza and then on complaining they have no etiquates to talk to a girl and when called back they record the call and then misbehave and talk nonsense and someone else comes over the call.what level r ull going to.
