State prosecutor Adv George Baloyi says delay in commencement of proceedings today is that while going through records there are parts of Col Chris Mangena's evidence which is missing. 'We received two sets of transcribed record.'
We suggest that we listen to the recordings to see if the missing parts are in the recording and then we will take it from there.
'The missing parts are crucial'. We should take a short adjournment'.
