Quick Fix for ulcers.

1. cinnamon + garlic powder + cayenne pepper + plain yoghurt or honey

Tea spoon of each mixed equally then add it in a plain yoghurt 100g or 200g if you don’t eat yoghurt u can use honey

2. Eat raw FRESH cabbage or use your blender to mix FRESH cabbage with cayenne pepper

3. Fresh Guava leaves (crush and boil more of them)

4. Dry Guava leaves and Dry Aloe Leaves (crush into powder, take it with honey or plain yoghurt)
