SuperX AI Technology Limited ($SUPX) last changed its independent registered public accounting firm on July 21, 2026. It should be 3rd or 4th their auditor...
A Japanese company direct-listed in the US today, and is already down 60%+. Company has 2 employees and its core product is called FUKUPE, no joke
This is Advasa ($ADBT). Despite the decline, it still sports a $2B+ market cap.
1. The primary product is payday advance software called FUKUPE
FUKUPE (OK I know this is another language, but the CEO is American, so lmao) offers earned wage access, fronting workers wages they have already earned, then collecting the advance through the normal payroll cycle.
Advasa says this is not lending under Japanese law because the wages have already been earned. Economically, it's payday lending.
2. Huge growth, but from one customer (and one supplier)
Advasa reported $17.37M of FY2026 revenue:
- $16.25M from software maintenance
- $1.11M from subscriptions
- $12K from the actual FUKUPE earned wage access service
One customer produced 93.6% of revenue.
That customer appears to be Qpo Co., Ltd. Advasa’s filed material maintenance agreement says Qpo hired Advasa to maintain its “exchange system” software.
The relationship can be terminated with three months’ notice.
Then there's the supplier, who accounted for $15.17M, or ~94%, of Advasa’s purchases. The filing does not name it, but the accounting disclosure suggests Advasa subcontracted much of the maintenance work.
So $16.25M came in through maintenance revenue, roughly $15.17M went out through one supplier, and Advasa reported a 12.6% gross margin.
3. The company literally has two full-time employees
One is the CEO, Grady Ryther. The CEO’s previous businesses were an SAT tutoring company, a digital retail business, and a landscape architecture firm.
Advasa’s headquarters is a 256-square-foot Tokyo office that costs about $620 per month.
4. The website and collateral seems to be barely reviewed, AI-generated
I've got no problem with AI-generated code or websites, but this one's funny, because it seems to be barely reviewed.
The homepage still has hidden stats not visible to users, but visible to machines, stating it has 200k customers, and $6.8B in 2022 revenue.
And the investor contact displayed on the site begins: “drafts [email protected].”
5. The world of strange and fascinating public companies
For professional investors: There's probably nothing to do here. Advasa direct-listed, and the $2B+ market cap is mostly an artifact of the very small volume.
But Advasa isn't alone! There's a surprisingly large ecosystem of Japan-to-US listings. And companies like HeartCore Enterprises (yes, another US-listed Japanese company) literally helps private Japanese companies list in the US! Some of these have real market cap.
Since @CapRelayHQ covers all US-listed companies, it's easy to find this group, and it takes minutes to iterate through all of them with the full set of data and analysis available via CapRelay's MCP.
@chi_s0ng About the fin advisor. Dig EDGAR, a lot of firms associat with him, by coincidence of course, ended up deeply in the red after their IPOs or have disappeared from the market altogether. So even this Co wasn’t willing to act as the underwriter and take on any actual commitments
@aralyx Putin cannot agree to a deal — it would be a sign of weakness ahead of the elections. And even if he is willing to consider something, he will always want something bigger in return — and Ukraine will not agree to that.

Russia’s Agriculture Minister says govt is considering grain intervention purchases of 1–3M tons.
3M tons only! BTW, Russia has huge budget deficit.
She called for redirecting grain to livestock farms to build up feed stocks and to food processors.

@NShkol92186 I can't agree with you. The filing was 2026-08-17 at 17:00:14. According TradingView the price between 17:05 and 17:30 was below 5.40. No reason to count the spike
@peonyKingOF That’s true. However, arbitrageurs aren’t required to disclose changes in their positions immediately. So we won’t know what the reality is until much later.
