I cross-checked this myself. I texted the recruiter introduced myself as a Hindu candidate and was told I was eligible. I then asked about a Muslim friend from Kashmir and the response was blunt. He is not eligible.
The irony is hard to miss. They want manpower from J&K, they want to do business and earn from the people of J&K, a Muslim-majority region but when it comes to providing employment, Muslims suddenly become not eligible.
If a person’s religion determines whether they can earn a livelihood, this isn’t recruitment, it’s discrimination.
No company norms can override the Constitution of India. Excluding citizens because they are Muslims is not policy, it is prejudice.
If this is indeed happening under your banner, the country deserves an explanation.
@letsblinkit@albinder@deepigoyal are jobs now decided by faith?
Can you confirm if it is your policy?

The dedicated medical interns of J&K are still waiting for their long-standing concerns to be addressed. We urge Hble @sakinaitoo ji to intervene personally and expedite a fair resolution. Investing in our interns is an investment in the future of healthcare.
@DrWasimJKMSA
FMGE doctors of the July 2025 batch completed their final year offline yet J&K Medical Council has allotted 2 years of internship.
We request JKMC to review the matter.

85 candidates were selected in JKAS 2025 and from the entire Kashmir division , the heartland of this region, the land that has given Jammu & Kashmir its identity, its language, its culture only 12 to 13 names made it to that list. And just 5 to 6 who are Kashmiri speaking Not 60. Not 30. Not even 20. Six. And before you say it’s a coincidence, look at 2021. Look at 2023. Look at the pattern that has been quietly building year after year, result after result, while we stayed silent. These are not just numbers on a government document, these are the children of Kashmir who studied through load-shedding, who prepared without coaching institutes, without networks, without privilege, who sacrificed years of their lives believing that merit would be enough and on result day, their names simply weren’t there. We voted in 2024. We gave our trust, our mandate, our hope to an elected government our own government believing that someone would finally look at these imbalances and feel the weight of them. But today I am asking that government directly where is Kashmir in your priorities? Because when an entire valley of millions produces only 6 civil servants in a combined selection of 85, that is not a failure of our children that is a failure of the system that was supposed to serve them. Share this. Tag your representative. Ask the question out loud because silence at this point is not neutrality. Silence is complicity.
A Muslim Woman, travelling alone in a train from Silchar, Assam was abused, body shamed and insulted in a very deragotary way . Her bag was searched for meat items.
Such is the hate for Muslims in this country and this video will make you cry if you understand Sylheti (Bengali)
They study for years, sacrifice their youth, survive sleepless nights, handle emergencies, stand in OTs for hours and carry the burden of human lives on their shoulders, yet in Jammu & Kashmir, medical interns are still being paid just 12,300 per month. That's 410 rupees per day.
At a time when many other states pay their interns almost 2–3 times more, our young doctors are expected to work endlessly with little dignity and almost no financial support.
I have raised this issue multiple times before the authorities, but unfortunately, nothing changes except hollow assurances. A healthcare system cannot become strong by exploiting the very people holding it together.
Respect doctors. Respect interns. Raise the stipend.
Enough is enough. #JKMedicalInterns #RaiseInternStipend #HealthcareCrisis #JusticeForInterns
Really thankful to @S_PrakashPatil ji (Minister of Medical Education and Skill Development) for addressing the issues of FMGs in Karnataka and resolving them.
However, numerous State Medical Councils are still delaying and denying permanent registration for FMGs and failing to comply with NMC rules.
We request @NMC_BHARAT to take immediate action against such councils at the earliest. @aimsa_fmsw@medicaldialogs
Two minor Muslim brothers in Shamli, Uttar Pradesh, were allegedly beaten, thrown into a canal, and stripped naked by men with a political grudge against their family , with police dismissing the incident as a mere debt dispute despite a viral video exposing the horror.

Qualified Muslim Teacher Samreen Bano Faces Blatant Religious Discrimination in Education Sector.
Samreen Bano recounted: “Whenever I go to deliver a demo lesson for a teaching position, I am turned away simply because I am Muslim. The same thing happens in private tutoring, parents and institutes reject me solely due to my Muslim identity.”
Imagine being a passionate, qualified educator ready to shape young minds, only to be denied opportunities not because of your teaching skills, subject knowledge, experience, or qualifications, but purely because of your religion. #IndianMuslims
Hello @NMC_BHARAT,
As discussed with the officials at NMC regarding the issues in the FMGL‑21 regulation and its improper implementation within the same batch of 2021 (session 2021–22),
• Several State Medical Councils are not following the NMC notice dated 18 March 2026.
• FMGs in Delhi are facing issues related to PSM posting.
• The 3‑year internship should reduce to 2 years maximum.
We request you to kindly resolve these issues at the earliest, as they are creating significant hurdles for thousands of FMGs across India and abroad.
Hoping for prompt action,
@NMC_BHARAT
Reservation or Rigging?
The SCANDAL is out.
Revenue Dept’s own data today exposes the skew:
Jammu - 7.88 lakh certificates (81.7%)
Kashmir - just 1.76 lakh (18.3%)
This isn’t imbalance. This is systemic sidelining of Kashmir, in broad daylight.
When will we see the urgency to sort this mess out ?

On the 2nd Anniversary of the Unjust, Draconian Reservation Policy in J&K and the extreme political exhaustion of the youth with the elected class !
Open merit candidates especially (ethnic Kashmiris) keep paying the price Major recruitments already done. Careers decided. Now a report with no deadline.
Delay is denial
Review after damage has no value.
Youth needed fairness before recruitment not statements after it @OMSA_JK
Requesting @NMC_BHARAT to conduct a meeting with all State Medical Councils and instruct them to accept the compensation certificates already issued by universities to FMGs, as per the NMC notice dated 18 March 2026.
Most State Medical Councils are confused due to the 6 March notice, which has already been withdrawn.
Also requesting @NMC_BHARAT to address the issue of FMGL‑21 regulation disparity, which has already been formally conveyed to the NMC through the association’s letterhead.
