There’s a new breed of social media influencers who love comparing what they escaped and finding pleasure in dunking on those who stayed back in India. It’s a stupid, lazy way to farm engagement. Most of these posts come from Indians settled abroad, carrying a sense of superiority as if leaving India somehow made them wiser.
They talk about what “might have happened” had they stayed, framing India as a land of wasted potential. This commentary helps no one. It only tells young founders, engineers, and scientists buulding every day in India that their work isn’t worth it.
Try building Aadhaar, UPI, or Zerodha from wherever you are. Before glorifying how you “escaped,” remember some people stayed back and built the very systems the world now studies.
And if anything, feel proud that Indians today are among the most talented builders and leaders running global companies.

There are only two technological frontrunners amid 4IR in the context of Bifurcation of the Global System and Cold War 2.0 - America and China. Either you pick a side and adapt accordingly, or you perish. Russia has sided with China (the DragonBear).
It‘s your turn, Europe!
TikTok is shutting down in the US on Sunday according to Reuters.

Every startup should incorporate the “no hello” rule internally.
We had this rule in Notion’s first internal communication guidelines. This may be one of the easiest ways to make Slack usage ten times better and have asynchronous communication that actually works. Share https://t.co/jEgHxKoZAP with your team and give it go.
