😡 @Morrisons after an hour of waiting on the phone to customer services I’ve been informed that a “website glitch” has cancelled my del pass and now can’t reinstate. I asked for a manager to call to be told ‘it won’t happen anytime soon’. What happened to customer service? 🤷🏻‍♀️

@BBCLookNorth Shame on the BBC to not allow a representative to accept a letter from the group (who were there 50 mins), and shame on some of the BBC staff in their glass offices that were taking selfies and photos and laughing at the group of pensioners. Very disappointing
