Hello friends. We have a Super Mega Lucky Episode for this week with excellent reviews from @MeepleLady, @RuelGaviola, @owlazors, and @MikeRisley, with a special callback from @kibrarian. We hope you enjoy the show.

@MikeRisley We’ve been trying to get a bid to replace our roof next year, and the only local place willing to come take a look didn’t want the job. At least you live in a place with lots of contractors - we will probably have to pay someone from 100 miles away to do the job.
I’M TRYING TO GO TO SPACE & you can help me get there!
If you retweet this video, I’ll print your name on a shirt and wear it in space in your honor ☄️

@garthnix I am pretty impressed with it, it was the only RPG I found where PC’s can all be robots! I am pretty new to this world myself.
I tried playing DND when I was a kid, but I couldn’t get invited to the gaming sleepovers because the game groups were 100% male, and I wasn’t.
@garthnix If interested, it would probably be for sometime in the Spring, and all I would need is a ballpark figure for a 40 minute video conference and what you would think would be the ideal number of attendees...
I am in the process of grant writing, and I am wondering @garthnix if you would consider a virtual visit to my tiny Oregon Coast school district? We have some rabid fans...
@theglassdie@dnlnwmn I like that the show doesn’t get lost in the darkness that surrounds her life. It is gorgeously shot, and it is one of those series where you think about the character a lot even when you aren’t watching her. Beautiful.
@ithayla Calvin you rock. Thank you so much for this argument that puts to words something I have witnessed for years on BGG and elsewhere and allowed to define my interactions there. I will work on this myself.
So much this! I also liked the comment about appreciating people willing to wrestle with cognitive dissonance. ‘isms’ aren’t comfortable, we shouldn’t shut the door on the work we all need to do to be better people. Especially since we are all nerds who love to learn.
