#MatiangiSpeaks When Brig Ali was Police boss, he banned unnecessary road blocks coz they were used for graft. Since Dec last year, the road blocks are back with abandon.Every police station/post has a road block.Even APs are on it. What is the rationale for this? Any regulation?
