@IndiGo6E -I need help locating my brother’s check-in bag which was never arrived at the Kolkata airport. Need a contact who can help us with this. It’s been almost 2 weeks since we have been seeking for help..for no fault of ours!@IndiGo6E needs to step up and sort this matter

@airindiain We tried to nook tickets online thru AI website & got payment error TWICE (I have proof),took the payment & issued me TWO tickets. Now you are not cancelling them & charging me for error from your end. Customer service calls end in an infinite loop! Pls sort this
