Orleans DA Jason Williams caught conducting “fake trials” in order to blame the judge when he doesn’t feel like doing his job.
In SIXTEEN separate cases (that we know of so far), many involving domestic abuse victims, the DA announced ready for trial then called no witnesses and presented no evidence, and rested.
According to the Judiciary Commission, a judge then has no choice but to render a Not Guilty verdict.
The DA then blames the judge for the verdicts.
