24 hours ago an @SSE power cable came down in Kilmeston and @SSE advised locals to call @HantsPolice instead to make the live cable safe. 24 hours later the LIVE cable is still on the road and @SSE wont attend until 13:00 on 9/12/24. #YouCantMakeThisUp

Tonight we had our own #Networkheroes Phil Cooper from @ericsson visit our village hall after he resolved all our @EE mobile internet problems! Our village is back online again, thank you Phil! @MarcAllera

@EE Good afternoon @EE @MarcAllera we had a call from your executive team yesterday with a promise of an update but we are still disconnected from the digital world today. Could you let us know if the issues with our EE masts are being worked on and when we might be connected again?

@MarcAllera The community in Kilmeston in Hampshire have been moving their home broadband to @EE for a few months now and been enjoying amazing broadband speeds. However both masts servicing SO240NW have been down for over 2 weeks and nothing seems to be done about this. Help!

@MarcAllera @EE This rural community really needs internet connectivity and really hope that this can be restored quickly - our village includes a large number of key workers: doctors, nurses, police and fire and without internet they are struggling to remain in contact with work
