i would like to post a very disappointing experience with LG amc..i have a 7 AMC with them and they claim to be the best but in real life its the worst service on the planet.even in peak heat wave i have a non-working ac for 5 days now.calls fall on deaf ears @LGIndia

@amazonIN bought an amazon basics fridge that stopped working in 2 yrs.its been 45 days now amazon has not been able to fix it or replace.the most harrowing experience with support.different answers everytime i call in.if you cannot support your product don't sell.beware buyers.

the worst after sales service award to @LGIndia . for 3 days i am trying to get my AC serviced. No call no show from the service department.paid 8200 for an AMC contract for this worthless service.the app won't work,even taking out a duplicate copy of the AMC is a harrowing exp.

@airvistara terrible experience flying to Male from Mumbai.ground staff falsely stressed issue with luggage transfer which was checked in Delhi. i was told it will be automatically forwaded to the connecting flight.but staff in Mumbai created a panic situation for no reason.

@Coverfox i have spent all day trying to reach your team member Shanabi Kutti to get the inspection link for my car. I am told i was not to be charged before the inspection but even having paid for it, i have waited all day to get the inspection done. This is unacceptable!!!!!
