Cognitive biases are real, and you should educate yourselves on what they are, and endeavor to avoid them.

Follow the money.

You are worth more to them if you are utterly dependent on what they decide you are allowed to have.

Kith and kin are everything in this world. Find your people. Develop relationships. Hold them close.

Nobody is coming for us. We have to do it ourselves.

Sometimes the old ways really are best. Pay attention when your elders speak.

Learn to do shit yourself. You don't have to be an expert, you just have to know enough to be dangerous.

Repeatedly lift heavy things, drink lots of water, and remember that cardio is important, no matter how much it sucks.

Spend time in the sun. A lot of time in the sun.

Eat real food. Actually look at the ingredients on what you buy at the store. Try not to throw up when you do so.

Read real books. Paper and ink. Find and frequent your locally-owned bookstores, new and used.

Homeschool your kids if you are able. If you are not, find time to counteract the brainwashing.

Remember to laugh. Yes, things suck. But there is, and always will be, good in this world. Find it and embrace it.

If this isn't accepted, if completion of the Covenant isn't inherent in belief. then Christ is worthless.
