Why @jetblue do you not care about your customers. You canceled my flight, which mind you was the only one that day, rebooked me on American which made me pay an additional fee of ~$200 then tell me, sorry nothing we can do about that. Your chat customer care is unhelpful.

@MammaMing @JetBlue They canceled the only flight the day I was traveling, leaving me stranded. I asked why the flight was canceled and they told me “we’re not really sure why”. They rebooked me on AA I had to pay baggage and seat fees. Now they wont refund the fees I had to pay, or refund their fee

@BestBuy hi I just had a bad experience with a store employee. I went to check out and i presented my digital Best Buy credit card using the Best Buy app. She told me that she wasn’t a thing and I couldn’t use it. I showed her where it said your payment code. She made mefeel dumb
