I keep getting someone else's HMRC letters and have no idea who to speak to in order to stop these. We write "does not live here" and post back but this is being ignored over an.ld over again. Please help

@UniversalORL Is the 3 day express ticket start from the date u book, and then is valid across all 3 days? And do I need to buy a ticket for my toddler who is under 3 years old?

@HSBC_UK Thanks for your response. I spent 2 hours on chat arguing with the agent before they eventually told me my letter was sent 5 days ago. I don't know why it was such a struggle. Also why not email it instead? Who do I speak to if it doesn't arrive? Not calling up and waiting again.
